POLICIES & PROCEDURES

At 3R’s Mobile & Therapeutic Massage Services, we pride ourselves on offering the best care to our clients. Please read our company policies and procedures carefully. 

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hr’s notice, the client will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.  If these fees are not paid, the client may not be re-booked unless they prepay their next appointment. We thank you for being courteous to other clients and the therapist’s time

An appointment either cancelled or rescheduled with less than six hours notice will be billed 50% of the fee for the scheduled service. An invoice with cancellation fees will be sent to you via email. Cancellation fees are neither eligible for direct billing nor covered by insurance.

Late arrivals are entitled to the remainder of the reserved time and assume the full cost of the scheduled service. Appointments will be marked as no-show/cancelled if more than half of the reserved time has lapsed and we have been unable to reach you by phone, and a fee of 50% will be automatically applied as above.

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that are out of one's control. However, in order to provide judgement-free service to all our clients and therapist, our policy applies to all clients.

Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your service and could be reported to authorities. This is a Zero Tolerance policy.

Our gift cards never expire, they are non-refundable, and have no cash value. Gift cards may be used towards any treatment. They are transferable and may be forwarded to any other person, friends and families. 3R Mobile & Therapeutic Massage Services is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used in lieu of or in conjunction with health insurance, in accordance with regulations outlined by the College of Massage Therapy in Ontario and Direct Billing Health Insurance Companies.
