After receiving her BA in Business Administration from York University, Althea studied Massage Therapy at  Oxford College and graduated in 2021 with Honours. Althea continued to improve her skills and received additional training in Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, and Cupping. Althea's treatment style is from a Facial Release perspective to address chronic conditions and pain.  Althea is able to address both acute and chronic conditions, creating treatment plans designed to ensure her clients can continue enjoying their active lifestyles.  

Althea has represented her country in many track and field events for middle and long-distance running. She continues to run several times a week to stay active.
